Seasonal subscriptions or premium? (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Hello, I have a question, the playstation store, there is a premium version of arkham knight for 5400р, which includes the game and the season pass, and there are separate games for 3200r and separate picker for 1400R. Now, a picker, which is sold separately, the same as in the premium or there is some spin to it. Just if they are the same, why need a premium if it is more expensive? Or maybe premium includes anything else? Prompt please who knows.
