Where red zone \"Old town\" (Homefront: The Revolution)

Need to find a secret tunnel to the specified zone. Video walkthroughs I watched. Was not able to find where this place is. Boredom clambered around the entire area.

Too long sought, but found. In fact, in any area you can get to the main metro (where Cookies-Golden hands sits). There run along the rail to find (Old Town) is called in English.
If you look at a map, the subway from the bottom in the form of a rectangle.
