Deletion of the character (Grand Theft Auto 5)

wanted to know what will happen if you remove one (and all) characters.

I know that when creating the second he got money from the first Persian. But if you delete the first race,\apartments will move to the second?

Will only the money (if they are in the Bank). Cars, apartments and other property of the characters are different, that is, most likely if you delete one character is deleted and all his property.

Another question: why remove a character, if it can be changed at any time for 100K.
