Problems with mouse (Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare)

Is the latest Repack from Hatab.
Mouse sensitivity has lowered to a minimum, but still too harsh plus it is as if drunk, turning to the right on the meter and it turns on 2 meters shorter igat is not possible , any advice ?
This problem was then described and advised to turn off Fraps and similar programs did not help me
