Not loading mission/skirmish with bots (Grey Goo)

The problem is this. In the passage of missions with the first video all is OK but as it starts to download before the battle stops all animation has stripes running around as you can see that the game is working fine no app crash or similar, and so the clock can hang. The second case in the battle I put the bot and the download freezes at about 25 percent but you can see how the mouse changed color, and hear that the bot is my base cramsey shots warnings that attacking the base but I'm still hanging on the loading screen
