Error DIRECTX in story mode (FIFA 17)

Hi all. bought 17 played and all anything, but at a certain point in the story mode crashes with an error of direct x in seasons and quick games are OK, but then something happened, reinstalling direct x did not help, fire wood on the videocard too. how can that be?
