How to change your password or mail to Warcraft 3? (Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos)

Guys I think all this problem that you can not change the password and e-mail in Warcraft through batelnet when I try to change the password itiswell your then new and press okay from the game and then retry writes that the relationship with rubottom interrupted,same thing when changing mail when you retry all the same.In General, email and password there is no way to change it,please help someone knows what can I do?
