Turbo in GTA online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Let's say I have a super CT. Acceleration it is on the 4th level. Pumping all(except turbo) the acceleration becomes level 5. Does it make sense to put turbo?

To download all on a maximum-is necessary. Even if prochacov one engine, you'll have the acceleration to 5. Some kind of Broughy1322 was a video about tuning.
