There is a huge difference when playing with the Russian kids and the're co-ordinating actions, bending the opponent, and just when everybody was running someone somewhere. You can bend the higher players in rank blankly at the expense of team play. In this regard, collected by the Russian team.
Starting level team: Two Kalash +-2 rank. (Master Guardian Elite).
Main team:
- Interaction, understanding, communication. (people should be comfortable with you and you with people. Each teammate must be able to listen to what they say his party members, and actively provide important info where I saw the enemy, and under what circumstances).
- Training with Skype at least 3 times a week (3 - norms, more is better. The whole team needs to grow in skills and also should increase the ability to interact within the team, read to understand each other perfectly).
