How many potions you can take (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Watched a few videos on the subject, but did not understand what skills you need to develop to the third level of complexity can be to take more than 1 second mutagenic elixir. You can drink and more,even around 9 at a time if you inject a branch of Alchemy and use the right skills
