Installing Windows 8.1 on a motherboard from Gigabyte

The question how to install OS Windows 8.1 motherboard? The new motherboard, first install all you will install via USB flash drive. I think that it is sufficient to record on the stick UltraISO image, but posmotret videos on YouTube they say that it is necessary to flash in UEFI mode through a program called rufus. And it should be done?

Do not confuse the bios and windows bios flash to the Mat. Board, and Windows is on the hard drive or SSD. Given your deep of knowledge, a small note: if in a computer, multiple hard drives, then installing the OSes leave only one, in the future was less of a problem (too lazy to list).
