Do not start the mission (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Guys, this problem... Actually, when I install ModLoader, then everything is OK, but if I install at least ONE mod using ModLoader, the mission does not run... Well, not run. I load the game, go through one mission, then save, go to the next mission and the game simply freezes with a black screen and the name of the mission...
What is the problem do not tell? Just everytime you restart the game and take on one mission, and then again to restart not.
