Shadows and pixels (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

The problem in the screenshot below.

Shadows and reflections at the edges of the direct pixels, the settings in the control panel vidyuhi on what does not influence. In the game, though maximum speed, though minimal salary all the same, if you put the filmic smoothing, the pixels are simply smaller, but still visible.
Tried overclocking to clean, and a driver to put the new, rearranged Windu even once, nothing helps.
Who can faced, what else can I try?
