well, I thought the last games were the sse4.1 so.

In terms of the SSE itself, it wouldn't pose an obstacle to running the game, however, that together with the CPU being on-par with the minimum requirements might, since SSE4 is in place to accelerate certain data processing, and considering that even for processors with >SSE4 the raw processing power required is slightly higher than yours.
SSE alone wouldn't be the issue, but combined with the CPU speed, that might cause some issues running WD2 unfortunately.

Perhaps they are involved at the last moment SSE 4A(not to whine ), as it was with Quantum Break.
Although I think there zielen standard - SSE 3.1.
