mod the buttons from the playstation (Resident Evil 4)

found mod for the HD version to replace the buttons from the xbox buttons from the Playstation.all properly established and working. but there is one downside. almost everything in the inventory is shown in what is not the Russian language

I tried to roll on top of crack,mod came off.I have the same mod, only Russified?
