No supplements (Borderlands 3)

I bought the season oboniment (on the left of the store(in Gabe's store)) and got their three DLTS. A couple of days everything was normal DLTS the aisle and great. But today they are in the game just yet. EGS shows that they are and that they are installed but they are not!!! I had Takeda problem during the event with the cartel, but this problem disappeared by itself. The only thing that I noticed is that when the DLC is worked into the main menu appears on the pole sign, and when they stopped working it toe was gone. Podskagite what the problem is and how to fix it?
