Eternal download (The Jackbox Party Pack 5)

Please help if you can. I downloaded the game The Jackbox Party Pack 5 and all is well installed but when I go in game and click on the start button, I start to go eternal the download of and does not show any games and nothing else. Eternal download in the form of a little rocket and the blue of the letter S. I have already installed from different sites, but nothing happens, I searched the Internet, YouTube , but nothing there is nowhere there. Please help, I need it!
