Problems with quests in Tossene (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day! This problem I killed the mobs and have found caches in quests prison experiment and Philibert always pays the bill in an inactive state or to themselves quests (not sure), but the quests are still hanging - what can you do?

Can be basic things of the caches took? Or only reboot will help.

There's generally anything it is impossible to communicate - all that can be gathered. And the game rebooted.

The same problem - bug. Quest and hanging
