Old motherboard

So, I had here what problem: My motherboard died and I had a question that would be better, and most importantly profitable. To find and to buy the same motherboard or buy a motherboard and processor with a different socket. It would be better in this situation?
Mat. Board - ASUS P8P67 rev 3.1
Processor - intel core i7-2600
What can you recommend ?

A new motherboard and a new processor with a different socket.

Find now normal motherboard for the LGA1155 socket is not so easy. Don't waste your money on old iron. Sell on Craigslist percents i7-2600 and the RAM is DDR3 if she's alive.
