Play Spore:GA will not start( (Spore)

Hello, friends! Recently played in the dispute and faced with the same problem. Did Pak creatures to add it to this site. The next day, tried to open Spore:GA - did not work. Arrows at startup and it says that Windows will try to fix the problem. Tried to restart the computer - does not help. Tried to reinstall the game in Steam - didn't help. Friends, help, if not difficult.

P. s: I have Windows 10. System requirements is appropriate.
