Packet loss (Call of Duty: Warzone)

To the latest free weekend it was all fine. it works fine in all modes Warzone packet loss of 100 to 4000% in a network game on the weekend all was OK tried everything, opened ports, put the Internet cable directly, shoveled all Windows, all kinds of router settings, reinstalled the game, called my ISP found out that there is no problems, it already has a couple of small patches but the situation has not changed and want to play with friends all vporyade 0 problems. The question is there are those who are faced with this problem? and those who conquered it? or to wait for a miracle? Just say EXITLAG not a decision since all worked fine without it before.
