The problem with Rockstar Games Launcher (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Guys, there was such problem: bought the game on Steam, installed on Win7. no problems. But after switching to Win10 installed the game and it only runs out of Steam, ie not autorizovany in RGL. But if you go via RGL and click Play on Steam then nothing happens, Steam says that the game is running and everything. Can anyone come across?

I can only advise to remove rochstrasse launcher, reboot, download the installer from rock, run as admin, install, login and run the game through steam. If I hung out to wait, but not an unrealistic amount of time (5-10 minutes): on my laptop terraria for the first time after the installation of the 10 minute runs, don't know what jokes are xD

Installed right after Windows. Only after upgrading wood IDE ATA/ATAPI controller the system does not load. But hardly it is connected with the launcher)
