Bad draw distance (Fallout 4)

Describe the configuration process,if you have a Repack without mods.
Remove all three of the INI file from My documents.Start the game icon НастройкиFallout 4.Anything there did not touch-just click Play.Loaded up to the menu and exit.
Again click the icon НастройкиFallout 4 and configures all there as you need.Save and exit.Then open the My documents folder and all three files exhibiting the attribute Read Only.Preferably these files to copy somewhere.Start the game and see if there are any changes.
If you want to change the settings in the game menu,remove the attribute from the file Fallout 4.ini.

The last step is to unzip the archive and copy with replacement(this is my ini file-I also 1050ti)

thanks for the help,but nothing helps,the campaign hardware.

I noticed that when you set up the range of drawing in the launcher , between low and ultra value there is no difference,but there you are
