The game does not save graphics settings (Metro Exodus)

Good afternoon,I downloaded the Repack from hatab to play add-ons,but the game does not save graphics settings,change video settings,then reload the game and the inscription,they say the video itself is put the settings on auto,who faced and how to solve the problem?Card AMD.
