Uplay does not run the game (Watch_Dogs 2)

Yesterday all normally start and run. Today while trying to start (uplay version, not you) Uplay gives me one of these:


Tried the cache and re-read it, and reinstalled Uplay and wait(but 3 hours later no change) Google for such a request does not give anything sensible. Help!
