In General, when you have set some devastation in the story mission where Marcano you to send a hired killer. Yes, normally all passed this task, just press E and hold for 10 seconds and it starts a cut-scene,yesterday, too, suffered,thought a glitch,but no, everything works fine, the patch is not put
