There are no shadows at Full HD resolution (Cities: Skylines)

The problem is this, after updating NVIDIA drivers to 375.95, the game is completely missing the shadows, changing the graphics settings doesn't help, but a strong decrease screen resolution. But to play not so nice. Roll back to a clean installation of old drivers also did not solve the problem. Shoveled 5 pieces of old drivers. It did not help. To driver update the game was just fine.

Found a workaround. Run in Dx9 mode. Burgoyne on the forums actively talking about this problem half a year ago, but then subsided. The patch came out. Why I have this problem remained, don't know. Game license, patch latest. Can anyone come across? How to solve?
