Error WS-37397-9

Faced with this problem for the second time.The first decision just changed dynamic ip to the white,but now have it again.Called ISP,said that change IP first of December(the last time was changed to white for a few minutes).As I understood,will return again dynamic,and now I'm not sure whether it work.
