When you start Uplay the computer tightly hangs

Good day to all. Please help. When you install a program Uplay everything is in normal mode. When you try to run this program, the computer hangs up tightly, or does not respond, have to restart manually. The same thing happens when you try to remove this application. The question is, how to deal with it, and what it can be connected. I have Windows 10 x64. Thanks in advance to all
