Low performance in games.

The screenshot shows that in the most simple game minecraft fps leaves much to be desired. The graphics card is not loaded in any way easy. there is no load on it, on Prots, respectively. In BF4, for example, load 100%, and 100+ fps. Also in the game Total war attila the same problem. small fps and the load on the iron. BP is decent at 600W. help. All latest drivers, no viruses, video card overclocking or not produces the same fps, no overheating, all the coolers to the max always.
