Scaling

Moved from red on green, set 1060 Asus Strix, installed on Win10 64 official driver 375.70. Comes with 2 monitor, more monitor (HDMI) and TV (HDMI). All such standards and resolution it seems like the 1920x1080 monitors is the same but the scale of the desktop and the images are different. When drag window\document\... from the monitor on TV you can see that the scope of this document\Windows increases. (screen 1 and 2). I searched all the driver settings were already piratical all possible parameters and values, nothing helps.
From red it is possible to change parameter text size or something like this, ie if you set the option Normal when you drag the scale is not changing, and when average\major sootvetstvenno increased as now NVIDIA. Only there it was easy to change and here I can not find anywhere to do this!!!
