Russification menus and skills. (Far Cry 3)

This is the icon properties to run on the desktop.
C:\Program Files\Far Cry 3.Deluxe Edition.v 1.05 + 1 DLC\bin\farcry3.exe -offline -language russian
If you run farcry3.exe from the folder with the game, it will be like you.

Create a shortcut to farcry3.exe and in its properties add -offline -language russian

You missed a space between the dash and the quotation marks plus the double quotes ,and must be so:
D:\Far Cry 3\bin\farcry3_d3d11.exe -offline -language russian
Tried the tips above with the shortcut doesn't work, when the game is loading the English word (yupley litsuha). If you have other tips?

I was late for a couple of years, but I will describe my solution to the problem.(Suddenly someone else will help)
It can be solved in this way:
1.To download the set of tools Gibbed_dunia2.
2.Unpack common.dat dragging it on Gibbed.Dunia2.Unpack.exe.
3.In the unpacked folder common_unpack, find Languages/Russian.
4.Russian copy and change the name of copied folder to English.
5.Now pack common_unpack dragging it on Gibbed.Dunia2.Pack.exe.(don't forget to change to common.dat)
That changed English in russish. Though through the backside.
Personally I faced this problem because of the need to run farcry3_d3d11.exe with the necessary additional commands.
