The black bars in the game (Assassin's Creed 3)

I hope there is your people.So,more to the point.I have on 1920x1080
monitor with resolution 800x600 (laptop) appear black stripes on the sides,top and bottom of the screen.Really hurts the eyes.Maybe there is some patch(fixed) or a way to remove them or stretch the image?I know that there is a patch for the second part but need to the third.

Play at your resolution on 800 by 600 it will.

Maybe your laptop is not good for this game, even if the resolution of 800 by 600 lag?
