On Win 10, i5 4570 + gtx 960(acceleration) + 8gb ram, the game(London) gives 45-60 fps. Settings Picchu[environment - high, textures - high, shadows - medium, shadows off, antialiasing - fxaa]. The game is installed on HDD.
Happy or not.. I do not like going through the game. Well, in General optimization is better than unity. But the engine is still terrible, IMHO. Even with VD didn't like it.
Seen complaints that the frieze on 2 GB of memory. I have high settings and no freezes, though the top saying I need more ( PC profile). Play with Locke in 900p 30FPS. but with MSAA. The game is installed on SSD.
Optimization is excellent. Only in the rain FPS drops to 58, the rest of the time consistently 60. The difference between the shadows from NVIDIA and normal shadows on High not seen, therefore, did not knowingly overload the system. Config GTX970, i5-4670k, 16 Gb

you chart look at the test graphics cards in there with the i7 and GPU gtx 760 shows on high settings 25 fps, and 28 enja Celeron shows as well , so where's your i 7 accelerates the card to the full?
