Help with console commands (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Download a quest mod,and it requires a passed campaign of the citizen behind the BB. I don't have those saves,and pass once again the citizen is not very desirable. So I decided skinuti via the console. But no matter what commands I never entered nothing. Now I'm doing the quest about toothed crown.
