Please help me with the script program mw2unpack.

Hi all. Guys, I have a program written specifically mw2unpack to unpack archives with extension mw2, but it cannot read files with Chinese or unknown characters in the file name and terminates. Please help me with a script of what she would say was missing a file whose name can't read! works like Python!
