Screen resolution (Mafia 3)

Hi all. The question is: the screen Resolution is 1280 by 1024. How to make a minimap that would not obstruct the subtitles and the whole interface almost in the center of the screen. Can someone tell me, but it is not possible to play.

In the settings there is a tab Screen, it Border screen" - option which adjusts the position of the interface. So difficult in settings to climb?
