hangs at the same place!!! (Quantum Break)

Hello,I bought this game in steam,wanted to play ,was the first Chapter on the controller looked up the show all right. The second Chapter began also doing well but he started the second act of the second Chapter where the hang the heroes has stopped working the start button and select all...watched the passage there should be a machine but it is not...shoot me but do not kill...in short a complete PPC....who a thread faced? help...
