The choice of the motherboard

These days going to order the motherboard under the CPU 6700К, decided on two options:
MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon (s1151, the Intel Z170 chipset, PCI-Ex16)
either
Asus Maximus VIII hero (s1151, the Intel Z170 chipset, PCI-Ex16)
Like both, but ASUS for 1000 UAH more, watched various video reviews, but did not understand what is special about the functionality of the ASUS compared to MSI and if it makes sense to overpay?
