GeForce Experience is streaming on YouTube

People, Hello.
Is there any chance how to upload the video on YouTube directly, bypassing the save to hard drive? Because it is not very convenient.

There are broadcast and while I use it. But here is the problem.
First, the video starts to record as soon as I turn on the stream. And it ends just before the moment when I turn off the stream.
Second, the comments below the video for some reason can not leave. Although they are allowed in settings.
The third video for some reason can not rename and give it a new description. It still resets to the old one. Same thing with tags.

So look for another way.
