The PS3 can't pass a level (Tomb Raider: Underworld)

Game for PS 3.
People plizz really need your help. The island of Jan main. Stuck on the level where large hammers, smashed the bridge, and there you need to walk through the small room, towards the end of the abyss in one room was a Yeti, I killed him, then moved to the other end of the hall and in the room in the wall was a tunnel, crawled through it and found himself in the same room, he reached the recess wall. Went back to the room where soaked Yeti. Now we have to get the hammer on top. To jump on a moving chain and pass it to the opposite wall to jump again at the hammer. But the chain is moving against the traffic, so I can't go through it. PLIS tell me, how do I pass this level correct?
