The problem with installing the game (Left 4 Dead 2)

Features repak from Tolyak 26. The installation hangs about 40-50% and then does not move, and so on only one computer of three, the rest all without problems was installed. Why can this be? If the problem is not solved, then where can you find a Repack with a tablet smartsteamemu?
