recovery onenote

For some reason, the OneNote app has ceased to work correctly. When I try to open a file dialog, it tells me that cannot open. Have to either close the dialog or you can go to Windows Store to try and fix of OneNote. When I try to fix the application, it would seem starts reinstalling the application, but in the end it all starts again. Uninstalling / Reinstalling does not solve the problem. And by the way this is the only app that behaves this way, everything else works fine. Any ideas comrades ?

For a start I would suggest you to download Windows app this app for Troubleshooting, maybe the problem is actually in the system or prediagnostic file here https://www.repairtoolbox.com/ru/onenoterepair.html and if you detected a bug in the OneNote file, then immediately restore try.
