Please help in choosing a laptop for 30-40K

Guys, please advise a laptop for gaming for 30-40K (Yes, I realize that sounds silly) enough that would go cs go at medium( or even minimal) under 100 fps, GTA 5 on minimal medium in the area of 40-50 fps and stretch at the minimum of credih 40-60 fps.
