How to update squads in FiFa 16 PS3 (FIFA 16)

Good afternoon. Never played FIFA, only played in PES. Bought the account to play FIFA 16 on PS3. Download, install and tranfer is not updated. Found download the update that booted, but no change. Explain what to do.
