Trrr at launch (People Playground)

Pirate, the latest version. When you start the game hangs dead, nothing can be done except an early reboot. The system's requirements fit, the driver installed, the add-on components too, tried in the shortcut properties in the run window, but that doesn't help. What else could there be a problem?
