Departure from division rivals? (FIFA 19)

Haven't played the game.
Today I decided to play and to my surprise I was sent to division 4.
With my level of play and my team (with a maximum rating of 85, without any color cards. The only two players with Champions League MATIC and Otamendi) my opponents are solid legends and colorful with a rating of 91 or higher.
Is it possible to quickly leave division 4 and play 6-7? Poured about 10 matches and still 4 diva.
Previously heard was the possibility down to scoring himself a few goals in one game. Now, with three own goals just flies out of the match.
