Questions Split/the citizen (Total War: Rome 2)

Play as the Scythians and came across a trouble: came 2 party(besides my own and the first) within the faction, they have little viliana(5 and 3 %) but enrage the eternal dissatisfaction and reports of high probability of a split. The original party with 15% of effects always glad to see me. But these 2 are annoying! I want them to smudge, but for this we need to know what region they control (the menu says that 4 cities each). Is there any way to know or is it random?
