About Win 7 (64) and The Launch Problem... (Port Royale 4)

... If someone has encountered, like me with the problem of running on Win 7, you need to do the following:

Go to the Windows/system32 system folder and get a xinput1_3.dll file there, then copy it to a separate location and simply rename it xinput1_4.dll, after which this xinput1_4.dll will be shipped back to the same windows/system32 folder.

Start the game :)
But in the root game, as sometimes happens with other products of the gaming industry, to duplicate this very xinput1_4.dll did not need me personally.
