Black screen (Wasteland 3)

At the very beginning of the game, when I first arrived at the base, the black screen flew (before that I started the game for the first time with other Persians, and then decided to start pumping on the new one was not) and the computer rebooted.

I would recommend upgrading to 10. It is not known how the game behaves at 7.
Otherwise, first of all, try to change to "In the Window" mode or vice versa "Full-screen mode" and see what happens.
If it doesn't help, then try changing the game profile settings in the video card app.
If that doesn't help, then reinstall the video driver in clean installation mode (it seems to be the way it's called), removing previous drivers and cleaning the system from their tails.
Update DirectX if you haven't updated for a long time.
